Out of great love and loss, the Carly May Foundation was founded to honor the life of Carly May Harris. Carly was born on July 21, 2004 with a rare translocation in which one of the 21st chromosomes had two long arms and the other 21st chromosome was normal. For the 2 years, 9 months, and 18 days that she was alive, Carly and the Harris family were supported by organizations such as the M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital that impacted their lives in a tremendous way. Because of this:

-
OUR MISSION is to honor the life of Carly May Harris by helping to change the world for those with Down syndrome.
-
OUR VISION is that every person with Down syndrome has access to life-changing resources, from birth through adulthood.

The Carly May Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization;
